To help expand this vital work, we are absolutely thrilled to announce that our team is growing! Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Kristina Harrold, who is joining SEF as our new Lending Operations Lead.
Kristina brings an impressive, multi-faceted background in public-sector financing, real estate analysis, and stakeholder engagement to our organization. She recently completed her Master of Real Estate Development at the David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah.
In addition to joining SEF, Kristina will continue in her role as a Project Manager for the Salt Lake City Community Reinvestment Agency, where she manages over $10 million in public-sector financing programs and built deep alignments with local community stakeholders. Her experience spans the full lifecycle of project development, from project conception and design, to securing millions in Low Income Housing Tax Credits and federal funding, to coordinating complex, multi-million-dollar loan closings. Furthermore, her technical knowledge as a certified LEED Green Associate perfectly aligns with SEF’s commitment to high-performing buildings and community wellbeing.
Kristina will be instrumental in strengthening our commercial lending capacity and fund reporting. We don't promise that moving unique energy and housing projects forward is always easy, but Kristina will ensure smooth coordination with our builders and community leaders every step of the way.
